RESERVATIONS

Please reserve your equipment in advance to ensure availability. Be advised that the only items we carry are those listed on our site. Feel free to visit www.isisrental.com to see if we have the right equipment for you.

INSURANCE POLICY

A proof of insurance is required for each rental. A standard insurance certificate listing “Isis Post, Inc.” as a “loss payee” and additional insurance must be submitted and approved by Isis Post prior to pickup. Isis post, Inc. does not accept responsibility for non-owned equipment. It is your responsibility to make sure it is covered.

RENTAL POLICY

All rentals are subject to a security deposit for the amount of the insurance deductible (or for the equipment’s replacement value, whichever value is lower) unless an account in good standing has been established with us. New clients who wish to open an account should submit a credit application at least 10 working days prior to rental. Isis Post must receive advance notice of any rentals that will be used outside of the US. Isis Post does not guarantee that it will rent equipment for use outside the country.  We must take into account insurance coverage and the location in where the customer will be shooting. Some locations may easily damage equipment.

Our rental prices are highly competitive and are subject to change without notice. Please note that long-term rates are available. Any and all equipment returned after 10:00 am on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate. A complete rental agreement can be found on the back of each rental contract.

PAYMENT POLICY: NEW CLIENTS

All rental clients must follow this standard COD rental payment procedure:

  •  Full payment of rental is due prior to checkout date.
  •  A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible
  • All rental charges incurred are subject to an 8.625% New York sales tax unless a valid NYS Tax Exempt Certificate is provided.
  • We accept the following methods of payment for all rental charges:
    Cash

Check – must be either a certified check or an official bank check.

Credit Card – we accept Visa/Mastercard

*All security deposits will be returned by mail after all equipment has been returned and fully checked for function by one of our technicians. Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT POLICY: EXISTING CLIENTS

All existing clients of Isis Post must follow this standard rental payment procedure:

  • A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible must be provided.
  • All rental charges incurred are subject to an 8.625% New York sales tax unless a valid NYS Tax Exempt Certificate is provided.
  • All security deposits will be returned by mail after all equipment has been returned and fully checked for function by one of our technicians.
  • Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

All client information is confidential. In the event that a client’s account fails payment, we have the right to decline their order. The credit card holder will be refunded. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
